How Long Does It Take To Successfully Activate My Account?
When a customer signs up for LumyaTalk, there account is created instantly. However, at times, it may take up to an hour for the balance that you have purchased to appear in your account. Before the balance shows up in your account, you are not able to make your international calls.
What If I Lose My Account Password?
In the event that you should ever misplace or lose your password for the LumyaTalk website, you may contact our customer service help line or email us and we would be more than happy to provide you with a new password. Keep in mind that some verification would be required in order to ensure that the correct person is being provided the password.
How Do I Purchase LumyaTalk Services?
In order to purchase LumyaTalk services, all you need to do is simply go to our website and click on the sign up tab. You will then be brought to a page that will ask you to fill in your contact information and then you’re billing information. After all the information has been entered, you will simply need to hit the submit button and your information will be verified and your account will be created instantly.

Are There Any Hidden Charges?
Unlike other companies, LumyaTalk has no hidden charges or extra fees that are required in order to avail our services. The prices and the rates that you see on our website is what we offer to our customers, nothing beyond that.
How Can I Recharge My Account?
In order to recharge your account, LumyaTalk offers its customers two options. A customer can either recharge their account by calling our 24/7 customer service helpline or they can go directly to the LumyaTalk website, login to their account and recharge their balance accordingly.
Is There A Time Limit In Which I Have To Use My Pre-Paid Balance?
Yes. There is a time limit on how long you have to use the pre-paid balance that you have purchased. Customers must use the credit within 30 days. If there is no activities of the account in this time the account will be inactive by default. And we will not be able to proceed with any kind of refund request outside this 30 days time.
What Is PINless Calling?
PINless calling is a new technology that allows calling card companies to charge you according to your home or mobile phone number. Instead of having to dial a pin number every time you try to make a call with the calling card, all you need to do is pick up the phone and dial.
Can LumyaTalk Be Used From Anywhere in My Country?
Yes. LumyaTalk is available to you nationwide. You can register up to three PINless numbers with LumyaTalk meaning that you can store three home or cell phone numbers that will allow you to access the LumyaTalk network. So if you are in another location and have your cell phone registered as one of the three numbers, then pick up the phone and dial away.
When I Dial From A Cell Phone, Is There An Extra Fee?
No additional fees are charged by LumyaTalk if you make the call from a cell phone. This is because your cell phone account, should you so choose, can be linked to your LumyaTalk account. When you want to dial an international number, all you need to do is dial the LumyaTalk access number and then the international number.
Can I Make Local Calls With Your Card?
With LumyaTalk, you are more than welcome to use your international calling account to make local calls should you wish to. Simply look up the rates in our rates page and start calling.
How Many Phone Numbers Can I Register My Calling Card On?
LumyaTalk knows that one phone is not enough in these busy times. As a result, we have provided our customers with the option of registering up to 3 home or cell phone numbers with us. You may use any of those three numbers to call internationally anytime you want.
How Long Does It Take For My Call To Appear In The "Call Detail" Page?
Because LumyaTalk employs state of the art technology in developing the international calling system, our customers are able to see a detailed call record in their account online within a matter of 5 or 6 seconds after the call has ended.
How Do I Create An Account?

Will I Be Charged If I Use A Payphone To Make An International Call With LumyaTalk?
Unless that payphone’s number is registered as one of the three registered numbers on your LumyaTalk account, you will be charged for any calls you make using a payphone. The call charge will be according to the rate of the payphone’s carrier.
