By using the services provided by LumyaTalk, you are accepting the terms and conditions that are laid out by LumyaTalk. You expressively consent to adhere to all the rules and policies that have been outlined by LumyaTalk.

Terms and Conditions:

• In order to use the services provided by LumyaTalk, you must be eighteen (18) years old.
• In agreement to use the services provided by us, you are agreeing to provide LumyaTalk with accurate, current and true information about yourself. If any of the information that has been provided to LumyaTalk by you is inaccurate, out-of-date or untrue, we have the right to terminate your account with us and refuse any and all future usage of our website to make international calls. We also reserve the right to terminate your international calling account at anytime should we deem it necessary.
• You agree to total responsibility and any risk for the use of the LumyaTalk website. The services that you obtain from LumyaTalk do not carry any warranties.
• Any risk of loss or misuse of the PIN purchased through us shall become your responsibility the moment you complete the online transaction of purchasing the services. LumyaTalk will not be liable to pay for any credits or refunds for any amount of balance that has been stolen or misused.

We do two different type of products

1. Calling card: Customer can purchage from shops physically or through our website,  in which case they needs to pay through our website and customer will receive the pins and other other information through email or sms automatically. In physical calling card pin will be printed on card itself and customer needs to scatch pin area to reveal the pin.It is noted that, the calling card can not be pinless services, customer must use pin to make phone calls using the calling card, weather customer buy it online or from shops

If any customer/agent  wants to buy  500 pcs or more  physical calling cards at a time we will deliver the cards through royal mail and will take 2 - 3 business working days to receive the goods by the customer or agent. We will not charge anything for delivery.

2. Online account: As soon as customer fill the form and pay through online following  checkout he or she will get the purchased services immediately. However in some cases it might take 1 to 5 minutes to activate the account depending on the automatic email sending process and any security checks by the bank.  All the online account services will be pinless services

Our Return Policy:

Phone Calling Cards:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original conditionwithin 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging withany enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that yousend the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Pin less Calling– On line services( Accounts, customer creates online):
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply let our customer service team know and we will be happy do a full refund on the remaining credit in your online account or if preferred, we will exchange it for other service.Please note:Once request been made for refund it may take up to 14 days to complete the process from the date of receipt.Payment will be made to the same card which was used for the purchase.Only account holder can make the request for any refund.

Validity Period:

Your credit is valid for 30 days from date of that you purchase it.

Only Personal Use Is Allowed By LumyaTalk:

Under the agreement of service, LumyaTalk grants you permission to access and use any of the services that you have purchased for personal use, to copy, distribute and transmit any of the content of services only to the limit that copying, distributing and transmitting is done automatically through the web browser software you are using. You are also authorized to print the information displayed on your “My Account” page for personal use only.

You may not reformat, display, modify, copy, transmit, license, distribute, create deviating pieces of work from, publish, sell or transfer any information or services that are provided by LumyaTalk. In essence, the restriction outlined by us means, among other things, that the user may not imitate any of the information of services on your own website, any result pages or any other information from the LumyaTalk website without our express permission.

The technology that is being used by LumyaTalk is all owned by us and our licensors, advertisers and other various content providers. The technology used by LumyaTalk is copyright and other intellectually information or property rights. If any of the technology used by LumyaTalk is reproduced by you, you would be in violation of copyright and other laws of the United Kingdom and will be subject to penalties.

LumyaTalk’s Liability For The Services Used Is Limited:

LumyaTalk directors, agents, officers, subsidiaries, employees, affiliates, successors, content providers, assignees or service providers will be liable for any damages that arise from using our service. These damages may or may not be indirect, special, consequential or incidental.

The terms and conditions that are stated above by LumyaTalk are governed in due respect of the Laws in place in the United Kingdom.
